Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges are calculated based on when we receive your request prior to the tour start date.
Package Cancellation Charges

Payment & Booking
An advance token deposit of ₹10,000 per booking is required to confirm hotel and vehicle reservations. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or before the tour begins.
Bhutan Permits & SDF
For Bhutan tours, the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) and permit fees paid to the Royal Government of Bhutan are non-refundable once processed, as per Bhutan government regulations.
Cabs & Transfers
Transfer bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a refund minus a ₹500 fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or after vehicle dispatch are non-refundable.
Unforeseen Roadblocks & Weather
In case of landslides, roadblocks, strikes, or extreme mountain weather, we will help arrange alternative routes. Any extra costs incurred for additional nights, re-routed vehicles, or alternative stays are payable directly on the spot by the traveler.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after written confirmation.
